Just a quick update to mention that I'm no longer in the band I was in. It's hard to believe I'm out after a solid year, but all parties involved agreed that it was for the best. Um... anyone need a drummer?

The only people I know who would be interested are here in Aus and mostly play Jazz.

The distance is certainly an issue, but frankly I miss playing Jazz from back in High School and College. It REALLY helped me to become a better drummer.

Well, Sound Surgery made an album with band members from one side of Aus to the other so I could put you in touch if you'd like? ... Not with Sound Surgery ... with my musician friends.

Somehow this doesn't seem like the appopriate location for this conversation... eh, whatever.

That sounds like it could be pretty interesting, but unfortunately I don't really have a location to set up/record myself. Not to mention the necessary equipment. If these things do get rectified though I'll be sure to let you know.

Relationship Status: In a steady relationship.
Age: 18 at the time of this post.
Location: The outskirts of Colorado Springs, Colorado (for now at least, that'll change in a few months...)
Occupation: Soon-to-be College Engineering Student/Amateur Astronomer/Military Sci-fi Writer
Real Name: Robert, Bobby, or Bob, whichever you prefer.
Started Reading Sluggy: That day Izzy threw wrench-bot at Riff's head in 4U City Green. I hit the 'First' button, had a slight moment of panic when I saw how long ago the story started, decided I was up to the challenge and threw myself in. I went through the archives twice in a few weeks (I'm a speed reader), fell in love with the story, and now here I am.

End of Line.

Real Name: leaving that off due to privacy reasons- yes I SEE you google-bot. But folks familiar with the New Jersey Sluggy-cults know me well. And its Irish.
Started Reading Sluggy: Fall 2000 (around "On the Run," looking back), but took me a year to get to real-time, shortly after Fire and Rain. "Something Happened to Zoe" was my first big "curse you Pete!!" cliffhanger in realtime. I think I actually caught up the week of "Chick Magnet" or just before.
