In that sing songy voice of Dory the fish from Finding Nemo.

Just keep breathing, just keep breathing.

Get well soon, Pete. For what it's worth, the "filler" art by Leah is adorable. She's becoming an artist in her own right!

Wow! Your daughter is a better artist than you Pete! (I mean that in the best possible way) Did she draw the Bun-Bun at the bottom? If she then she has a good understanding of his character.

I LOVE the Leah filler art. She's quite the talented young artist and has a great sense of humor. I especially love the pouncing Torg-kitty, she's got a great sense of everyone's personality :)

Get well soon Pete! But don't push yourself too hard to catch up on comics as soon as you feel the least bit better. Relax and take it easy until you've gotten over this nasty bug.

The cast as cats is cute. I especially like Riff. Keep taking it easy Pete.

Rest up, Pete! We'll wait. But I support the notion of Leah being the new official weekend artist!

Take care of yourself Pete. I'm glad you're ok. A friend of mine caught pneumonia and it was horrible for her.

Ah, bacterial pneumonia. I know it well. It hospitalized me for a week when I was in first grade with a 105F fever. It was so high for so long that it led to minor brain damage, primarily in my memory processing regions (hippocampus).

Pneumonia that was misdiagnosed as a cold also caused the death of one of my grandfathers.

And then it killed a good friend 3 years ago who was just recovering from the H1N1 flu.

Needless to say, I consider pneumonia an enemy. :bunbun:

Fight those damn microbes without mercy, Pete! Use antibiotic nukes! :riff:

And now Leah's out. What an awful way to finish the school year/start summer vacation. Poor kid.

The only good news is that once this has made its way through the entire house, that should do it.

Pneumonia! Argh!

I feel bad for not posting my well wishes sooner, but stupid E3 pulled me away from the site for a few days. Get all the rest you need! Pneumonia isn't anything to joke about. Here's hoping for a healthy recovery for you and Leah soon!

I'm really sorry to hear that Leah has it now too. Hopefully she doesn't get as bad as you and Sarah. I am glad that Sarah is doing better, though, and that you're on your way to recovery.

Also, thanks for the link, swmartian. I forgot to start voting this month! Sluggy is at #68 at the time that I write this. =)

Not Leah too! Hope it's not as bad as what Sarah and Pete got. Wishing all involved a speedy recovery.
