Those people look familiar....VERY familiar...

The plot thickens! Unless I'm wrong.

At least he didn't claim that taking the house is nifty.

Solid Punchline, art pretty good... so far, best strip of the week.

Gwynn's dress kind of reminds me of when she went through her witch phase...

Great strip Pete. Very Very good. I like the concept of someone who is cheerfully immoral/amoral.

Good job.

Alright! Today's strip was nifty! I have declared it! :torg:

Gwynn looks so cool in panel 2.

Gosh, I hope we're in store for some good old Sluggy all-out combat. This is promising!

me neither! but isn't cloning neat? :P

But only if Wednesday's promiscuous, a junkie, or black.

Therefore we can conclude that wednesday is always promiscuous, a junkie or black.

And over to reactions
I do wonder what Torgs plan is. Can't wait for tomorrows comic.

And now away to see what the others have specced up (Yep, I'm a lurker).

Great backgrounds on the other panels but I still like panel 2 the best for character art, especially Gwynn.

Joke's a little flat again, though. -.- Funny but not a lot. I mean it's not /not/ funny, but...I dunno, maybe the seriousness makes the joke pall.

What is it with Americans and the smallish beard+moustache+bald head+sunglasses combo?

Oh well. Roll on Torg's plan...

Easiest way to draw attention away from the fact that you can't grow cranial hair is to add accessories to other regions of your head. If you can pull it off (and too many that try, can't, but don't realize that).

Neat strip. Artwork is back, so is storyline. I think all Pete had to do was realize that every strip doesn't need a ha-ha funny moment to be right on track.

They're called "cranial accesories", fes23.

I completely enjoyed today, very sluggy. If it hadn't been, I would have thought I had brought up the wrong comic. :pun:

I'd just like to say that Gwynn's outfit ROCKS! Oh and good comic today too.

You take it easy Pete. Seven years without writers block IS a long time - a nice break might do you well.

(I'm sure Thyla can take care of the rabid masses of Sluggites while you are gone...Would say Tom but, would we want that power-mad stick figure with any authority? )

The plot thickness is like icecream. Somewhat hard, somewhat soft and at the moment being eaten. The icecream doesn't taste that good, but it might if Pete added some sprinkles.

Points if you can translate that to English!

"Neat"? - Uh, depends on the side you're on I guess.
...
And then there are the odds. Mustn't forget the odds.
...
...
And then there's that:
"Never tell me about the odds."
