Unfortunately it looks like we'll have to call it. Thursday Weekday died at midnight on the seventeenth of April due to complications from a very sickly horse eating its face off. Wait a second, somethings happening... Addendum: It appears that the subject has miraculously come back to life and is neighing at the full moon that it can see through the window. Wait a moment, something is happening... Second addendum: Its face has regenerated into what appears to be a horse, and is now attacking my assistant. Blood is flying everywhere. Wow, that statue has been headless for a long, long, long, long time. Glad to see he now has his head screwed on right. Though I suspect he has a headache coming, if Torg & co have any say in where this is heading. I think I have some ideas, but I won't give you a heads-up since that would be spec.

"It's release time!"
Is that anything like "Miller Time"? (I'm guessing it's not quite as much fun, what with all the horrible screaming/dying and the end of the world.)

So I guess Chilus has jumped on board the Kzk summon-train? I thought she was all "Kzk is just a state of mind"...

I guess the prospect of a KZK-led apocalypse made her heady with excitement. And now that she has fixed the statue, he can lead it looking like one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, instead of the Headless Horseman. Anyway, after he has been alone without company for so long, I'm glad he finally got a young girl to give him ... his head.

If the ritual does succeed in summoning K'Z'K she gets to take credit for summoning him. If not, she'll have the best evidence she's ever going to get that she was right, and there is no K'Z'K. Or maybe she still thinks he's a metaphor and the ritual will give her the world-ending "K'Z'K" powers. Really have no idea what to make of it but Pete's proven countless times that the best course of action when the strip doesn't seem to make sense is to just ride it out and "wait for it."

Sooo.... I'm confused. Why are Chilus and Skippy even on separate teams if they're trying to do the exact same thing? They're probably not actually, but it sure looks like they are at the moment.
