OK. 23 hours and 59 minutes 'til the next comic!
*sigh*
(I mean that in a good way!)

(I mean that in a good way!) Yeah, that's about my reaction. Minus a few minutes.

Well played, Wilcott. At least for a second or two there.

Good going there, Wilcot. It's nice to see all those years of hard work reach such a satisfactory end.

Please tell me you have more than that Wilcott. That was pretty pathetic.
Let's hope random dead Ordained guy paid all his parking tickets. Go Torg!

Agreed: Go Torg go!
Also: I've finally realized Kizke double-smacked Riff and Gwynn at the same time, which is why it made the "double smack" sound. I only saw Riff and not Gwynn. I'm slow like that on Thursdays.

Nice setup, and why do I have a feeling that there is one epic cliffhanger coming up...

A contract is nice and all, but it's not worth the parchment the words are written on if there's no consequence when one party decides not to honor the terms. And when that one party wants to "End the World"...well, that kind of makes enforcement a bit tough.

Is Riff's dad stupid? He spends years plotting to end the world so that he can protect his son from the end of the world?

PAT PAT PAT Be glad he patted you on the back, Wil. A Gibbs slap would have been more painful.

There's continuity between each Spark, as suggested by the dinosaur and neanderthal extinction events caused by Kozoaku, and also the gods from past Sparks having the forms of animals that we're familiar with (bunnies, spiders... and [spec]). We might be looking at the destruction of civilization and even humanity, but the pattern suggests that the world would still support life afterward. That doesn't exactly sound like a fun world to live in, but Riff and his dad would be alive.

Instead, please review what Riff has been through and see if anything clicks. Friday’s my birthday; I’m hoping for one heck of a present from Sluggy.
