Called it!

Of course, I called that something in a spec-friendly area of the forum. So this is merely an itchy CROTCH!!

Whereas, I can confirm -as a reaction to my own researches - that post-concussed Bun-Bun has not actually seen that blade outside the realm of shadow.
(where everything else was slightly stylized....)

Reaction to Pete: Ooooh, now you're just toying with me!

And doing a Good Job!

Like Zoe, I, too, am glad that life isn't boing. Life would be like the trailer for flubber if it were. :pun:

Too bad. If life was boing, they wouldn't have to worry about falling off the roof. Sadly, life is splat.

Freg.

All of this is greatness.

Zoe has come a looong way. From "you guys are crazy because you ran over me playing Bikini Suicide Frisbee" to "I just vanquished an uber-demon (again), saved the world (again), and got teleported halfway around the planet onto somebody's roof, life is never bo[r]ing, I love you you know." LOL !!

Farahn pulled it out of his cloak here, but I don't think he used it. He killed Brehda with Chaz, then dropped the dagger when Kozuaku/K'z'k got magicked into him. Then Riff found it here.

Now what connection that dagger has with Bun-Bun's vision in the land of shadows, I have NO idea...

Farahn first pulled that dagger here for the sacrificial summoning of Kozoaku. So it seems to have a ritual significance in that regard. Which is (probably) why it is significant to Bunbun and his mother. No spec, just observation for those who lost track of the plot.

I wonder if that dagger is just a dagger, or is as unique as Chaz. I guess only time will tell.

Nash is an interesting addition to the growing list of pseudo-allies. Interested in seeing where that goes.

I was sad Schlock didn't make an appearance this whole time: given what we'd heard of the web break possibly involving HC leading up to this and his past, it would have been good to see his reaction and response. He of all people seems like he'd set aside just about everything to fight K'Z'K again. Not spec... It didn't happen.

Well, it would seem to have some significance. Panel 3-4

It's kind of creepy how the shadow dagger appears to have eyes and squiddy mouth parts in the hilt.

Going back a little, did anyone else notice Kozozaku's box on the table under the photos at Qaboos' place? Dang thing was right there all along!

Noticed a little thing, maybe just a coincidence, but certainly spec. I won't share in SRC it because I wouldn't be able to guess at any significance at this point.

Thanks Formless, I hadn't realized that the dagger appeared that early on. And conjures two logical possibilities; the dagger was previously King Farahn's (I have my own raging spec as to possibilities here), or the dagger was already in the temple to Kozoaku.
Simple. Logic.

The dagger was given to Farahn by Symachus to summon Kozoaku.

See this ref in my earlier post.
