Friday had a hectic day today.

The strip it was working on is nearly complete. Figured on completing the last bits --mostly background-- today, but Friday basically just got home due to a problem with work. So instead...you get a tree...

Till next week then.

Oh no. Gwynne likes sad on the inside. What possibly could go wrong?

Yeah, Torg has a fair amount of stress and angst bottled up inside. Part of the reason Zoe is so good for him.

@Pete, regarding your rum uncertainty: Standard hard liquor is 80 proof. 151 is less than twice that, so just pretend one person drank a bottle of almost anything else down to that level -- which is a lot for someone who isn't already a raging drunk, but certainly not to the point of lethality.

If they haven't eaten anything recently, there's a strong chance of gastritis (swollen stomach), which will make tomorrow utterly un-fun but isn't going to kill an otherwise healthy adult. If they have eaten, they'll likely vomit out most of the alcohol before much longer, and just have a standard hangover.

Or Torg spilled it, and they're just regular-drunk.

Once again, 151 Rum works its Sluggy magic! Is it not nifty? Worship the Rum.

As an experienced raging drunk, I can tell you from experience that drinking half a bottle of that would be not only completely survivable, but not especially deadly. As Tejon pointed out, it might be a lot at once for someone who isn't a raging drunk, though.

If that or any type of intimacy happens, I'll be a lot more than annoyed...

Let's see, Torg and Gwynn are polishing off one of Bun-Bun's bottles of 151 Rum...
Gwynn just called Bun-Bun adorable...
Torg wasted some of the rum by spilling it...?

No they're not going to live, but has nothing to do with the level of alcohol toxicity....

Ah, the rum goes down and the truth comes out.

That would be the origin of the saying "In Vino Veritas", yes. It is why the Germanic peoples were alleged to hold their council meetings drunk, so that no one would be lying during them.
