Okay, they're plants now. I can think of a couple of things --we have been told-- that would support this. Hopefully he will expand on how he came to that conclusion while looking a box of matches large enough to burn down the entire forest.

Looking a few strips back can give some clarity. We the audience know that the group are a bunch of frat/sorority dorks running around having a good time but we only know this because we have the visual image of the group whereas Torg and Gwynn only have the spoken word about what happened and they probably imagine the group as more mature and professional (which is why they are kinda surprised not to discover they were a bunch of dorks blah blah blah.) Also, I think about half of them are straight up dead due to neck snapping.
I do hope the Hoggelrynth and the name less one gets some kind of resolution somewhere down the line. Heck, Weaslo and Homoginize (who should be older by now?) can probably solve it by themselves.

I can see how plants would work. LobosSolos wrote: So, does this mean that Torg Potter 5 is about to start up? With Gwynn involved? That, might actualy be pretty cool.

So their anger turned them into plants. Maybe they're ire-ises. Or choler-flowers.
