Oh man! We were all so focused on Gwynn maybe being dead already, we didn't think about her dying after this. What's more, it looks like a) her ghost is trapped in small, dark room, b) with Bill, and c) based on her shoulders, it looks like her ghost doesn't get to keep the only piece of clothing she was wearing.
Given all the complicated resurrection-fu Zoe got, if Gwynn doesn't get brought back to life (or at least get a more pleasant afterlife) someone's gonna be beating Pete with a baseball bat.
