So apparently the wheelbathtub's repulsors were magic-powered, since they stopped working at the same time as the magic boots, so that Gwynn suddenly felt the guys' true weight.

Yeah I came here for the same reason as many, those last 2 panels didn't work until I realized that was Marco shoving them away, and that's a knee not a face. My first reaction was some kind of floating tree crashing to the ground. It only started to click after seeing the shadowy arms, etc, but it really could use a re-do.
Also, poor Marco. I wonder if the wheelbarrow was the 'momentum'? Seems so.
