Me thinks Gwynn is taking the wrong lesson from this.
It is definitely a good thing that Gwynn is telling the others about the Bug getting chatty again. And their reaction is down right tame when you consider that on at least 3 seperate occasions, the Bug possessing Gwynn has nearly killed everybody. She should be glad it's tie her to a chair next to her anti magic flower, not, behead the witch and bury her at a cross roads.

I see Theresa has more rope tying her up, but I see a problem with the way all of them are tied up.
None of them appear to be tied to their chairs. If you really want to immobilize someone, you need to attach them to the chair as well.

If you REALLY want to immobilize them, you should also attach the chair to the floor, or else this happens. I think that would be an especially important precaution when the chairs proximity to a certain plant is the only thing keeping the occupant from escaping and/or destroying the world.
