If your brain suddenly implodes, is it okay if Wednesday takes your car out for a joyride on the moon?

"Strakoi" is probably derivative of or related to "strigoi". Much like Vrykolakas, Pete is using other culture names for vampires. Given the association of strigoi with witches, they could be trouble. Also, although Lysinda vampires have generally shown the most similarity to Dracula (as in the novel), the Strakoi may be more similar in this respect. Dracula in the novel was capable of walking in the sunlight, although it weakened him.

Being into both Vampire: The Masquerade/Requiem and Warhammer Fantasy, I think I've encountered every single culture name for vampire by now. As well as a few for ghost, freak, witch etc.
