I'm inclined to agree for reasons that would be considered spec. But maybe it would be more appropriate to say their beef is not with him primarily.

As for Dr. Vistuvious (come on, it's not all that difficult!), I do hope he survives the next few minutes. Sympathetic or not, he's definitely interesting, and I'd like to see more of him. LB
