Monday wonders if the "car chase" is over... Not that it's complaining. Just that there weren't enough explosions. ----- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote EACH day. Sat=[#43 +2 *810] Sun=[#42 +1 *885] Mon=[#42 +0 *935]

Ah, so that confirms that those car-driving sequences were metaphors.
Poor Anthony, and poor Izzy for having to make that sort of decision. Desire to burn the evil vampires... rising to dangerous levels.

Yes, poor Izzy. But at that stage, the wasn't really anything else she could do. Survivor's guilt is hell; no wonder she hides in pill bottles.

Wow. So she really did cut his "sidecar" loose. I agree with LB: no wonder she hides in pills.

I know it's been said, but poor Izzy. That's so rough.
I just keep worrying about the parallels with 4U. I'm sure Riff is too... he did leave out Izzy from the recap right?

I'm sure it's going to come out pretty soon though. Izzy does appear at least three times in the pictorial representation of what he told the gang (find them all!) -- but always with her back turned, as if Riff only mentioned her as the computer expert on the team without giving any specifics as to what her name was or who she was. (This seems to be confirmed in Riff's later conversation with Torg, which ends with Torg asking about "that girl who was on your REA-5 team? The computer expert?") And yes, I do expect that more information is about to be forthcoming from our Riffington.

Wow! Ouch! What everyone else here said. :|
Sure puts all of Izzy's scenes in another light. Has some pretty spec-worthy implications too.
