Why do I feel like those symbols are familiar, like some sort of Tunisian hieroglyphics?

Wait? What? That's like some kind of record for context switch. Torg and Zoe bantering about marriage to an illegal casino in Maryland. I don't know who the lady is. The only character that immediately pops to mind is Sasha, but the chin doesn't look right. Too soft.
As a side note, has anybody ever added up all of the time that's passed in the story? Seems like crew is no longer anywhere near the kids they were at the start.

Art-wise, that looks like Zoe in a couple of those panels.
I don't think a colored strip would matter, there's two people that could be and they both have red hair. This role seems too subtle for either of them, though.
