Looks like Oasis took a really nasty blow to her head when she hit that wall. Hopefully she isn't bleeding into her brain.

I still don't like the Flintstones theory.
I think she's just being chatty to keep herself awake. Concussions + sleep = potential death. Less cartoonish and goofy for a major plot twist/character development.

- It's been two nights since Oasis' head hit the wall. Staying awake for that long is not healthy. (That much sleep deprivation could explain all sorts of unusual behavior though.)
- The purpose of repeatedly waking a person who has had a concussion is to check whether they're developing symptoms of more severe brain injury that requires immediate care. (Katie just discovered such symptoms.)
