Aragog? Shelob?
Love the kitty face on her gas mask. Which also makes me wonder why she needs one -- protection against hC gas, or her own?

Okay, the pieces are set. Will agent Drake be the hero, or the villain? garyfritz wrote: Love the kitty face on her gas mask. Which also makes me wonder why she needs one -- protection against hC gas, or her own? Considering she just set off some smoke-grenades in the ventilation system, I would say it was because of that. But if she was smart, it would protect against both.

I like how he starts this strip with a bad pun instead of ending with one. Way to change things up, Pete!
Also: Hmph. I don't buy the setup, but I may be in denial.

Daiyu has no fear of the dark? Then why scream when she is in the dark? I'm confused.

She is screaming because she does, in fact, have a soul-crushing fear of the dark. That is a suspiciously specific denial if I ever heard one. (Warning - TV Tropes)

That rain is a bit ominous, all things considered.
