On the 6th of this month back in 1768, the first edition of the Encyclopædia Britannica is published. It was comprised of three volumes. The 2010 version of the 15th edition was the final printed version with a total of 32 volumes. After that year, it now only exists as an online encyclopedia. ----- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote EACH day. Mon=[#67 +0 *190] Tue=[#69 -2 *238] NCoID™262

"Curiouser and curiouser" as they say. Or maybe the better cliche is "what a tangled web we weave." This story thread has raised so many questions and has given some answers. I look forward to what happens next.

More the other way around, really (i.e. he's keeping Teresa secret from Crushestro). My understanding of Torg's logic is that if Crushy has Nothing Left To Lose, he's more effective against Hereti-Corp (and more capable of being pushed around on Torg's chessboard in doing so). But if Crushestro knows Teresa is still unfluxed, he has something to lose, and more to bargain with.

Huh, I always imagined Crushestro as more of a bronze. Did we ever learn his color before?

Hilarious that for years, everyone has been searching for Oasis.
Then Crushy just casually gives her(?) a call.

Pretty sure we've had at least one color image of him and he was obviously silver. Definitely silver

Makes me wonder if we'll ever find out why Crushestro is made of metal, or has a metal skin. Could make for an interesting bonus story possibly...
edit: Also, I trust that smile about as far as I can throw it. It reminds me of when Brie Meighsaton tried to formulate a plan when she found out the rayths only obeyed her. Too bad there's not well of souls to threaten Syn'Thea with.

I'll admit, Syn'Thea (or as I can't help but call her, "Old Oasis") is really throwing me (in a good way). It's so weird having such a distinct origin for one of Sluggy's biggest mysteries, I'm so curious where this is going.
