Well, getting shot in the brain will kill you a heck of a lot faster than bleeding out from being shot in the stomach, chest, or crotch

A headshot is a guaranteed quick kill. Plus the guy had a gun in his hand so you don't want him bleeding out slowly. Riff's just cranky because she tried to apply the same professional technique on HIM.

Oh I'm very conflicted! I want to believe Sasha. The part of me that shipped Riff and Sasha that I thought had died squealed at Thursday's and friday's comic. But I don't trust her! She is very good at shooting in the face!

Oh, I also wanted to mention that Sasha' s expression in panel 3 does seem honestly sad/abruptly uncertain.
