So .... how much of a red flag is it if the voice in her head has more interesting things to say than her friends?
And she's already lying to them about it.

And she's already lying to them about it. Not sure what you mean by that first part -- they're not saying much. And as for lying... yeah, that's somewhat troubling, but she's really trying to get Riff to chill, and he's not very good at it.

This is as close as I ever want to get to actually talking about feelings. They just need some more dark humor and move on.
