Sure sounds like she's talking about the Abatos. Maybe her name is Urja Abato? Or is she planning just to drink them? Turning them both would hint that she's after a family reunion...

My analysis of today's strip: 1: The first and last panel is a flashback to before Anthony was turned. 2: Their childhood have been living in India, with mom(?), dad and uncle Subi. 3: Urja came for the children. Their father and mother(?) had anticipated this, so they practiced an escape plan with the kids. 4: Urja have been chasing them ever since. 5: The need to stay hidden from Urja is what made MM + Izzy so good at staying under the radar.
Spec: The first picture shown is just the kids and their father. Maybe Urja is their biological mother, and she came for her children ("my blood"). So their father moved in with a new girlfriend/wife, as well as uncle Subi. One hint is that their father doesn't look typically Indian, whereas their mom(?) wears the traditional Indian sari.
Alternative spec: If Urja isn't related to the Abatos, then the "my blood" comment would indicate that she's been promised the kids somehow. Maybe by their father, who tried to bail on the deal. Or maybe by someone who feel empowered to trade away the lives of his subjects, like a vampire master, a warlord or a mob boss.

My analysis:
None of this is a flashback, exactly. These are Anthony's memories, and he's fighting to break free from Urja's control after what he just did to Izzy in the real world. I think he's struggling to remember just why Urja is bad news, something she may be psychically keeping from him to keep him in check.
It might explain why he's a child in these "flashbacks", seemingly younger than Izzy, when he's supposed to be three years older than her. He sees himself as a child, not taking anything truly seriously. Also, the constant eating of paste - eating something he should not be eating (blood). And so far, someone else is always in the driver's seat.
Also, the car chase at the end of each strip sticks out like a sore thumb. I think Urja finally pushed him too far - oddly, this might give Kusari the opening she needs.

It makes sense that she would be seeking her blood relatives. Pete has always incorporated some aspects of vampire folklore among the different types of vampire. One idea prevalent in vampire folklore is that a vampire targets specific family members. That's probably what's going on here.

If she kills them as children her family line will end, though.

That picture today....those eyes. We have information regarding the bloodline through Izzy/MM's mom being related to Urja, but why is one eye blue? Maybe there's something in MM's mother's blood that rejects Urja? If they've been on the run their whole lives... (Oh ...does this mean that Izzy pointed MM to the Kesandru house and the main cast on purpose?)

I wonder: does this relate to how Viking Koalas make new Masters?
