I'm gonna say for Monday that, at least, some form of conversation begins between Chen, Torg, and Bun-Bun. (And the "begins" doesn't exclude the possibility that it also ends in that comic.)

Chen's always been sticking to the Oasis-project like glue.
I'm willing to bet that he has more interest than the project than HC, and only had a position in the company to get closer.
He might not even be supposed to be there and have snuck in.
I'm guessing it's possible that he might end up asking Torg for help, or even helping Torg if it's in his interest.

My spec (recurring? why not) is that Chen is being held prisoner in Dr. Steve's underground cavern and being forced to continue work on the Oasis project.

Chen reveals that he knows Torg is there and offers to cut him a deal: Chen will help Torg stay hidden, lead him to what he's looking for, and explain what he knows. In return, Torg must get him out of there and/or kill Dan.
