My guess, "The Device" is an iPad. Or a similar mobile computer item.

"Operation King-Under-The-Mountain" in reference to Dr. Steve's base? Isn't that where Torg was last working with the digbots?
I think everyone who specced that the digbots will be involved with this storyline just got a boost.

I think everyone who specced that the digbots will be involved with this storyline just got a boost. Why do I think that the casino location might be changed to Dr Steve's base?

Sam (or the Bag-o-Sam) is in Sacramento...
And if I'm correct then Sasha really is a weird girl.

I really would like to know who the contact Torg met at Almhult in Sweden was.
Especially as it appeared that Torg & Gwynn's cover was blown almost immediately and they had to hide out in the skanky motel.

So, thinking about Teresa's theft of The Device, I've come to the conclusion that Teresa met up with Crushestro again almost immediately following the fluxing of their base. They must have known Hereti Corp was responsible, but not how they found them. But, they suspected Torg. Not many others who could have. Sure, we know it was the Nofun mutants, but they were all dead by then. So, both motivated by wanting to avenge Monocruel, Teresa was sent to infiltrate Torg's team to find out if he sold them out. And The Device is something that might give them some intel.

I suspect Torg will propose a "they work for me, and I'll work for you" type of arrangement, and since that provides Bun-bun with the benefits without any effort on his part, he'll go with it. Well, I was half-right, since it was Zoe who made the "they work for Torg, who works for you" comment. Nifty.

So now we get lengthy flashbacks from the perspective of Theresa, Zoe, Riff, Kiki and Zohas.

Anyone remember back when we used to actually score predictions in this thread? Lol.
I predict Torg sics Bun-Bun on Teresa to get the device back, and/or she does something to try and get Torg and Zoe to break up which will end... poorly.

Why is everybody thinking that the HARDWARE in the device is the unique part? The irreplaceable part might be the SOFTWARE. Foolish not to have a backup, but not surprising for software that powerful.

Don't forget, this is Block Ops Elf 'Device'
The clues are: It needs a fast WiFi network connection It is priceless and irreplaceable from an Elf perspective Squishy commented that Torg would not be able to use it It allows back door access into Grab-All AND HC Torg has bought into the mystique of the device
Given the whimsical and somewhat childish nature of the Elves at times and the fact that their equipment tends toward the toy end of the technology spectrum, I'm picking it's not as hi-tech as people might think. it could be something like a WiFi Baby monitor installed at Grab-All. Though that's kind of passive for info retrieval.
Anyway it's almost certain to be something that Theresa looks at and goes "Huh?" She may discard it or operate it insecurely resulting in HC discovery.
It probably won't involve Nerf
