You're in for an awesome ride. The Galaxy S5 was what I had before it got broken and I loved that thing. Gonna buy a new one as soon as I'm able.

Might I suggest going ahead and getting the S5 active since you've already broken a regular one? They're supposed to be tougher, my brother in law has a s4 active (he's an electrician and he's not as careful of bumps and drops as he should be).

Heh, mine took a lot of abuse. I deal with a bunch of infuriating people over the phone and I've lost track of the number of times I threw my cell phone at the nearest wall. A dozen times at least and not once did it get so much as a scratch. I mean sure, it flew apart a couple times, but putting it back together was easy enough.

And that's not counting all the times I accidentally dropped it on concrete or all of the bumps and scrapes it took while I was carrying heavy tools and equipment for my HVAC job.
