Your current annoyance

I got the free trial for the mmo EVE Online a while back and played it for the full two weeks without incident. Then I bought it. I crashed to desktop six times during today's mining op. It's ticking me off something fierce. I paid good money for this game, the least it can do is work properly.

One of out programs at work is not working right so I cannot do 90% of my job. I'd put this in simple pleasures, but it makes the night drag on.

The nerve in one of my molars is swollen. One of the side effects of this is that numbing agents don't work nearly as well. One shot of (ineffective) Novocain and a dentist drill later...

This evening I am supposed to go straight from work to take my girlfriend out for a nice birthday dinner.

However, I just realised that I forgot to bring any money out with me and my bank card is at home.

Not so much an annoyance as just odd. The iMessage thing that iPhones are doing when texting other iPhones is just weird. Since when did text messaging need to act like an IM service?

it's so you know you are talking to other iphone users. It is like a secret society or something... oh yeah secret societies annoy me.

Readership and membership is down almost everywhere and people are essentially taking everything to social sites like the book of faces and only popping up on forums maybe once a month or so.

First, cops that pull you over just because they happen to notice that your registration/inspection is expired as they're driving by IN THE OTHER DIRECTION even if you aren't doing anything else to warrant a stop.

Second, idiots in muscle cars that think it gives them the right to do whatever the %@($ they want while driving. A person turning across from the main street has right of way over the person turning from a side street sitting at a stop sign. Boulevards/divided roadways are the worst for such behavior with how many people think the center space is there for them to pull out and sit while waiting for the other direction to clear.
