he's practically Batman without the crippling personal issues (while the lack of that cheapens the character, it makes me happier to not have them)

just saw this thread, don't know what's going on here but wanted to post.

Here, have an entire fence while you're at it. Oh and in case you were wondering random silliness doesn't make sense, it just is...

I don't remember when I became really aware of them, really. I'm sure that at first I just glossed over them TL;DR. 'Cause it was just Random Silliness. It's not the end of the world if you skip a long post in what mounts to an utterly inconsequential thread. Just Random Silliness.

It wasn't just walls of text either. There were things like font size and color gradients. Massive words and perhaps a tiny paragraph completely unrelated to anything.

I got some spam earlier today. They made it look like it was from LinkedIn. But it was spam so no big deal right? Well, there's a warning that I had never seen before on a spam message: "Be careful with this message. Similar messages were used to steal people's personal information. Unless you trust the sender, don't click links or reply with personal information. Learn more" And I'm just not ready for the emotions that wash over me 'cause of a stupid spam filter warning...

'Cause at first it was like Oh Google, why can't more companies be like you? "Don't be Evil" doesn't seem that hard at first, but look at all the companies that seem to fail at that basic tenant. Even google gives that apperance. Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Wal-Mart, IBM, Boeing, Chrysler, Ford, McDonalds, they pretty much all lived long enough to see themselves become the villain. (Heh, remember when I used to say "Points if you get the reference? Those were fun times. But chances are you DO get that reference, and if not, congrats!)

And then there was, well, screw it this is already perhaps too heavy handed. Let's just go with the stream of consciousness typing don't stop don't you dare stop because sometimes you just want to get it all out. And only TWO gorram lines but there's just so much. It's not fair how did he get it all out? Did it take hours there can't have been that much re-writing, right? Just Random Silliness and all. But the sheer volume of the /text/letters/characters and... so what?

It's not like it's supposed to be important. It was just an attempt to demonstrate what it was like to experience one of those posts. 'Cause it went from the light and fluffy to the angst in the blink of an eye. Millions starving; while he and I have the audacity to complain about what...growing up in a suburb? When you're 15?16?JustRandomSilliness? Oh but 15 and 16 was a long time ago for both of us. He's moved on. Why can't I?

And mine won't even come close. It's not supposed to really. He came before; It's just my time. It's so easy to pass it off as Master/Student (Obi/Ani) thing or merely imitation for imitation's sake (Beck/Stewart) but there's one possibility that cannot be ignored....

See I watched it again not too long ago. I never gave it much credibility at first...but now? Yikes. (spoilers) Firefly episode 3 "Bushwhacked": Reavers attack a ship...one survivor...who in turn becomes a reaver....

Mal had to put him down. But I don't want to die.

I warned you.

It may serve it's purpose. Just meant to be a little primer. To try and show you as opposed to telling you for the umpteenth time. Jokes are fine. I could use a laugh. PMs only if you really think it's necessary-- I'll be alright. Unless I've violated a rule I've forgotten about. By all means remind me. Official warning, even, if necessary.

There was going to be more. Oh much more. With pretty colors and artistic expression?!?!?!?!1!@!12!?!?#?# yeah I said it deal with it.

But I'm definitely not crying any more so I htink it would be best if I went to sleep. Yes, I am deliberately leaving in that particular typo. Just felt like it.

No sound. No smoke.

Streaks are a pain. Have you thought of highlighting the thread instead?
