not exactly about "tips" for photoshop, but...
does anyone know about a free version of photoshop being out yet?
some time ago Adobe released a statment saying they were going to make a free version of it available to help get more poeple interested.
but the only free photoshop related program I've been able to find have been some ad-ons, and a "photoshop album starter basic" (or somthing like that). it's just a VERY basic picture editor (about all it does is remove red eye or resize an image) and picture sharing program(which is of NO interest to me)
so does anyone know of this free version they promised, and if they ever went through with it?

CS3 Beta was released as a free download but stopped working after 2 days.

For some odd reason this thread and the thread-moving thread do not contain the thread title in each reply. And since Kiki retitled all of the threads today, this thread may not have the exact title that it did before. Hopefully it's close, though.

Yeah, I don't think that they were crazy enough to let us do that.
I couldn't believe that they let us retitle the board-wide announcement threads!
