Once your discomfort starts making you lose sleep (chronically, mind, not just one night), the ease of your discomfort ceases to be mere luxury, I would say.

I guess it would depend if there are cheaper, alternative methods available.

Discovering that there's a ctually a term for being exposed to bright light (such as walking out into a bright day) and sneezing, as well as the fact that there's a decent bit of the world's population that it happens to.

Being able to use your photic sneeze reflex to avoid ever having that obnoxious feeling where you need to sneeze but it just won't come.

It's Friday and tomorrow I get to see a friend who's been gone to the Air Force for a while. He's back on leave until next Thursday!

I saw my cousin who's in the USAF on Easter, she's was in Kuwait up until January and she's going to Korea in early May. After she's there for a year the current plan is for her to go to Germany. Needless to say, I don't get to see her that often.

Edit to put in a simple pleasure. I'm rereading Ender's Game and whenever I see Commandant Graff talking I now imagine Harrison Ford thanks to this.
