I'm sorry, but Monday is currently unavailable. You may leave a message or call back after it is finished killing a few hundred people on the internet...

Leaving a message is probably a better idea.

I LOVE Sam's pad. And that even Torg's imagined version of "low key" is anything but.

There's a HC pizza place in Jamestown, North Dakota, Glenwood, Minnesota, Hamburg, Iowa, and nowhere near any town or major highway in Wyoming, but there's none in Chicago?

I call shenanigans.

There used to be one there. Now there's a charred crater. :oasis:

I would like to vote panel four as the least creepiest way Sam looks at the ladies.

Knowing Pete, I'd say there's only a 25% chance of Wyoming being a mistake. The other 75% is spec.

How can there not be more HC facilities in Texas? House of Cheese would be incredibly successful here.

Hey Pete, it was recommended over in the spec forum that I ask you a few questions about copy write and such, so I figured I'd try here first.
A popular ranking of webcomics is TopWebComics.com, which previously didn't have a listing for Sluggy. So I made one. It asks for a 468x60 banner, so I've been using this thing I made: Image. I could switch to this, though: Image. I was also planning on using this - Image - for their botchecker thingy, and I might another based on Oasis if I can find a good body or head shot.

Anyway, I was advised to ask if me editing and posting pictures from your work like that bothers you in a copy write kinda way.

I'm glad to see someone plugging Sluggy for TopWebComics.com. As awesome as Sluggy is and as long it's been around, it really should be high on more of these lists.

I've voted. Thanks for putting Sluggy on the list, OrzBrain! :kiki:

For that matter, why are there a crapton of them in Nebraska?

Although, at least for that state, Pete almost got the location of Omaha right (although he's a little off to the west). Why he picked a tiny town with less than 3,000 people in Minnesota, for example, when he could have at least put it in the Twin Cities or something, confuses me.

A lot of that chart looks like it was generated by Pete firing a shotgun at a map. :bunbun:

(Plus, have you ever seen what Chicago pizza looks like? HC would fit right in!)

OK, OK, I'll admit it, i 'cheesed' on the map-project a little. I just wanted to see if I got a rise out of any of you, and boy you sure delivered!
It's looking to be a busy week of strips but I will go back and revisit where I marked what on that map as soon as I can!

As far as the strip-voting websites, I have been out of the 'promoting myself' game for probably a decade now, and that's probably a mistake, but I perpetually feel like my plate is full and there's no room for anything else. If you guys want to act autonomously on my behalf to promote the strip I say "Fly, my Flying (Gwynn) Monkey Minons! FLY!" (Or something less insulting but equally less entertaining than picturing gwynn's monkeys trying to fly*).
*Yep, the joke is STILL not old for me!
